TD, did you get the last screw out of the head? Try tapping it with a small hammer and some penetrating oil. ViseGrips or a small pipe wrench and finesse it out.

Probably a bit corroded from some OCD owner giving it twice daily baths....

No corrosion... And now, it's clean as a whistle........... Got the new seals and will be reassembling this afternoon.....

I guess I ought to use some lock tight on those bolts.

I put a tiny bit of anti-seize on mine when I replaced the intake seals a couple years ago.

Don't use Loctite, that is why you had trouble getting them out, use anti-seize as Hackd suggested.
