I installed the 02 sensor on the right side, just back of where the two pipes come together.

That "looks" like a fairly straightforward install.

Thanks for the reply. I'm running Vance & Hines dual staggered pipes & would have to install on one pipe or the other.

Ride Safe,
Harold

You could have the weld in bung on both pipes, with a plug in one, then swap from one side to the other to make sure both cylinders are right.

Is there a portable cheep version of these? Seems like many people would buy them?

Question about the seals. I replaced mine awhile ago but it always looked like the collar was going to bottom on the head before putting a lot of pressure on the seal to the head. Is the design the same on different intake manifolds? Are there any flat wide designs for the seal or any sealant safe for use on here? Seems everyone ends up with an intake leak at some point or it's suggested as the cause of issues

From what I've read, with a carbed bike , with one of these , it has to be installed on the leaner cylinder, with dual exhaust to tune. It's more of a compromise because you can't tune each intake port , independently. Noticed that on the AF part of my dyno sheet. Different than your FI system.

Nice job tracking that down and installing the gauge.

I know with my recent install of an S&S Super E shorty I was real cautious to adjust both side evenly, a little at a time.

I was so happy to dump the old carb and the compliance fittings. Seriously would like to be able to gauge the A/F ratio too.
