Took the FXRS out on the road this weekend. A group of friends has an annual get together in Vinton, Iowa. Nice ride from Omaha, about 230 miles more or less.
A few of them ride, but none are HD guys. Every single one asked "is that a Sportster?". Heh. I guess the FXR looks more svelte than they are accustomed to seeing in a big twin. Didn't stop me from stealing the women, though.
Other than thinking a windscreen would have been nice, the FXR was fabulous.
