Colored Chrome

I have the Jesse James "Hell Bent" pipes on my 2008 Rocker C. The ends nearest to the engine have turned blue and I actually like it. It matches the blue of my bike. I am wondering if there is a place I can send my pipes to have them chromed in blue color. I think the pipes would look great in a solid blue chrome. Any ideas?

I have had Black Chrome before, absolutely gorgeous but so fragile as far as scratching goes. I would assume if they could do a blue(never heard of it being done) it would be just as susceptible to scratching as my black chrome was. I mean no matter what I used or did you could see streak scratches on it. I finally just gave up and got rid of them.
