Thunderheader 2:2
Anyone done a dual head pipe setup into Thunderheader slip ons on a Touring bike? I've run a 2:1 TH on my 98 with stock motor, S&S 124 with same TH, now using RB Pro Stock 2:1 Just throwing it out there always like the TH sound. I've not run 2:2 on this bike and was thinking about trying it out. I think I would need larger headers for the 124 and then bolt up some of the TH slip ons. Does the left pipe really cook a passengers leg like I hear about? I'd do it all in black ceramic I think. Maybe next years "winter project"

I ran Thunderheader true duals 2:2 on my last bike it was a 98 inch with branch heads woods tw6hg cams, granted it was a 2002 Flhtp carb bike with a 45mm mikuni. I got 114 hp and 115tq on the dyne with it. the thunder header duals are the best sounding pipes out there. I'd do it. I also ran the bassani equal length head pipes with thunderheads slip ons on my first bike. performed great sounded great as well. never dyno'd that bike though.
