I was also going to point out the lack of knowledge, that you dont need to touch the cases with a GMR or most others 107" build.

I now I can get a dyno to read 130/130 with my build, as well as getting one to read 110/110. Depends on the quality of the dyno and the operator, as well as whether 4th or 5th gears runs are mapped and adjusted for temp, humidity, etc. When I see really huge numbers, I sometimes wonder.....

Wasp, I also recommend GMR or Headquarters, they make reliable builds at reasonable prices. You can also get there with a build similar to mine, but I am at 103", still very strong.

I cant comment on the Tmans cams, have no experience with them.

Tman has a great rep and does head work for a number of folks. With his heads and cams you'd have a nice 107

here's a 106 with his heads and 590 cams http://www.tmanperformance.com/590.htm#swain

Whatever, for a 107, those numbers would be lame and he would be spending money on a build he could do with a 95 or 103 without case boring. Personally, I really don't care if you are offended that I said they are lame, because they are.

I am not offended....I am pretty confident my 107 lives up to my expectations...and I didn't even have to bore the case.

You showed how much you know about his bike with that statement right there...you don't have to bore the case to reach 107.

What my point was...is nobody wants to hear from yet another internet expert who has a friend who can build bikes. Unless you have a dyno sheet to back up your big mouth I wouldn't call someone else's bike lame.

If you want to be an *** and do it then it's a free country....I am sure it's not the first time you've been an obnoxious ***** and it won't be the last.

Now run along....it's a school night.
Not trying to get in the middle but here is my Dyno Sheet from a 95 inch that I Built!

We do build a large amount of 107 kits. There are many ways to get peak numbers. Really I am more of a guy that looks for building good usable power for the avg guy. Now if peak numbers are what you are looking for then that is a kit that can be put together. Now there are a few things that are not listed on the sheets what was the compression set at??OR how pump gas friendly is the engine. As well how fast does it spool up meaning a dyno sheet in time. What type of engine oil temps/ head temps are being seen?? What size bike was it in?? A hot kit in a light bike is fine but you add a heavy bike like a bagger it is another animal all together. I have had customers call and say they where told that they need two oil coolers and they had to run 3.37 gearing with a kit they bought to stop the engine from pinging.

We only have 91 octane fuel here and we get some very high temps in az. We set our kits up to run on 91 pump gas in high temps with no issues. IE user friendly. There are many kits out there that run very well , I am not saying there is only one way to build a kit. We try to keep is simple and offer good power for the money spent. A nice running 107 on 91 octane fuel in a bagger that will tour across the country with no issues that makes 117/117 square. Now there is more power in that kit the customer loves his 2-1 supertrapp, very quiet, there are other pipes that would offer more. He is extremely happy with the power, it pulls the bagger down the road with no problems . He is not worried about getting 93 octane fuel or if the temps are overly hot. Revs extremely fast with runs times on the dyno in the 5.5 second range, runs very cool as well.

We could have stepped the compression up, leaned on the entire kit harder to offer him even more, .... even a better pipe would have put him into the 120 bracket. In the end the customer is happy and that is what counts. Not a piece of paper that shows a peak number.

We have a nice customer base where you live, there is a 107 kit in Mandurah that makes 128 tq and 138 hp STD. That was in a dyna,.. now he has some many bikes it is hard for me to keep track but I think that he took some of that kit off and installed on his new SG. That bike has not been to the dyno yet?? Karl chime in here if you read this
