If you've put on another set of pipes or are just re-installing the OEM set, don't forget that you'll need to re-torque the exhaust flange nuts after running a few heat cycles on the motor and remember to put a little bit of anti-seize on the studs.

Per the manual, there is a sequence...
Tighten the bottom nut to 9-18 inch pounds, tighten the top nut to 100-120 inch pounds, tighten the bottom nut to 100-120 inch pounds.
As mentioned, re-check them often after the initial installation.
