Quite a few years ago I bought a couple wiring harness with small pots that went between you O2 sensors and the ECU that would eliminate decel popping.
Does anyone remember the name or have a web address. They worked really well and were inexpensive.
Tuning is a much better way to eliminate the decal pop.
The Xieds will vary the voltage reading between the O2 sensors and the ECM but sometimes cannot overcome the VE/timing variance to function satisfactorily. And will usually still be leaner than you may want to get full power from the engine.
Good luck.
I have used Power Commanders all the way to the Power Vision on my last bike.
I just don't have the energy to go thru the time and expense again. I am just going to ride the bike with slip on's and the stock air cleaner. Is there a better alternative that is cheap to tune the bike? How about this product, is it any better?
It appears the xieds can eliminate the popping. I wonder if it can in all cases. I think the Fuel Pak is the same price as Power Comander. I would never get the Fual Pak over Power Comander. Very easy to fix poping with power comander. Is the exhaust leak free. Maybe try new gaskets and goods ones not the stock ones.
