Stage 1 upgrade problem
Hi All,
Bought a used 04 Road King last March, and it ran great. Decided to do the stage 1 upgrade with SE pipes, all at dealer. Picked up the bike today, and immediatly noticed a little more vibration than before the upgrade, but left dealer thinking I would try it and maybe it was normal for this upgrade. After riding 2 miles and stopping at first red light, the engine stalled. Restarted ok, and a few miles latter, while downshifting from 4th to 3rd and exiting highway, engine stalled again, and would not restart until I pulled off road and used starter.
Headed back to dealer, and noticed that as engine rpm decelerated, would get a high vibration at about 1500 to 1800 rpm (aprox, no tach), and then smooth again down to idle. Same thing happened every time I reved engine. It wouls slow through a band of vibration, and then smooth down to idle.
Could this be a corrupt remap, or do you have any other thoughts?
