Rush pipe loudness???
I put on a set a rush pipes yesterday. I also ordered a 2.0 inch baffle from eaby for them. I took the bike out today and these were actually more quiet than the wild pigs i had on. Did I do something wrong with install? The baffles were two different sizes in length. Is one suppose to go in a certain pipe depending on which side the pipe is on? Which part do i measure to make sure that i got 2.0 in baffles. I just cant believe how quiet these things are...

Call Rush directly and explain the problem to them. Talk to Adam.
He told me you had to remove the matte on the baffle in order to measure it.

The baffle size is the outside diameter of the central tube in the baffle. You need to pull a baffle, lift off the fiberglass, and measure the center tube. The 2 inch baffles are certainly not quiet, but then none of the Rush baffles are quiet, even the 1.5 inch baffle is loud. The 1.5's don't sound as nice as the 1.75 or the 2.0's.
