New Tri-Glide knocking sound now in motor
My Tri-Glide is now two years old with only 15,000 miles on it. This past weekend we went riding and we took off from a stop to leveling out the speed and noticed a loud knock coming from what sounds to be the front part of the bike. Kinda sounds like a ticking. Not sure what I should do. Is this something to worry about or is this normal? My deluxe never made this sound

You could have a lifter going bad on you. Time to take the bike to a shop to have it diagnosed as there should not be any knocking in the engine. If it is a lifter issue you are not alone as this is a common problem as of late...

I know it's hard to describe bike noises, but when you said a "ticking" sound and from the front of the bike it reminded me of the time I got a nice big screw in my front tire. I'm sure you already checked that, but ya never know so I thought I'd mention it anyway.
