The endcaps on my Rinehart True Duals are old and have faded into a brownish color that is a far cry from the nice black finish they used to have. Been looking and pricing replacements, and there really aren’t many options.
Does anyone know where you can get endcaps that fit Rinehart True Dual 3.5” mufflers? Looking for places other than Rinehart that make endcaps to fit Rinehart.
There has to be some cool, better looking options out there, but I can’t seem to find any.
I really like the simple, straight, non-tapered look of the Rinehart 4” muffler endcaps, but they aren’t available for my 3.5” mufflers. I can only get the tapered end replacements.
If anyplace out there offers that I would grab them up.
That, or some turn down caps, or slash cut look of V&H. You get the idea.
Its another wsy way of making the bike unique. Everybody has Rinehart ends on Rinehart pipes. I like to be different.
Ive been on the hunt as well and the only way to get one not made by them to fit would be to mod one, Im sure you could get a 4" cap and maybe drill some holes to math the moutning holes on the pipe itselt. other than that you can get end caps made for them from a few diff venders ranging from 70 to like 150

Wouldnt the 4” cap be bigger than the 3.5” muffler??
can you give links or specify what vendors you are talking about?
I would think that you could get the end caps ceramic coated fairly reasonable if you shop around. Then you could colour match them to your bike as well.

I had to scratch out the engravings after all. But all in all, I think they turned out pretty good. I have serious doubts about the longevity, but for now, they look great.
