Default 2019 Iron 883 Slip On Exhaust Options

I currently have a stock exhaust and was looking at either Vance & Hines 3" Round Twin Slash or Rinehart 3" Slip-On Mufflers. I am probably going with the Rineharts because it has a more bassy sound which I like. So with slip-ons I have been told two different things. Slip them on without any additional work and another opinion stating that I need to "tune" the bike because of new air/fuel requirements (Fuel Management System?). From what I've been reading it seems like older bikes don't require this but maybe newer models do. If someone has experience with this I would greatly appreciate it. Additional note, the entire bike is stock with exception to my newly self-installed engine guard. Thank you ahead of time.

Personally, I prefer the sound of the Rush slipons compared to the V&H. To my ear V&H mufflers/pipes have a crack to them that I don't care for. Rush slipons IMO have a much deeper rumble to them without the crack the V&H have. Can't say I've ever heard a set of Rineharts, so I can't comment on them.

As far as reflashing the ECM, I reflashed mine when it was still completely stock with an FP3 and the V&H stock bike MAP. Noticed an immediate difference, the bike simply ran better. I reflashed it again when I installed the Rush slipons and a SE air cleaner setup. Bike ran/runs ever better.

When used for what it's designed for, IMO it's hard to beat an FP3.
