I'm blown away that this is even an issue. I installed V&H Eliminator Slip-Ons on my 2018 Heritage 114 and managed to snap the bolt on the t-bolt exhaust clamp. I tightened it to about 48 ft lbs, which obviously is too much for that bolt. I've got a message into V&H Support to find out the correct torque...waiting for a response.
But my dilemma is I cannot for the life of me find a replacement t-bolt clamp. Searching the internet I can find some clamps that are close but this one fit so tight I'm afraid to get something that is not the same size.
The clamp they provide with the mufflers is a R.G.Ray 220 57. It measures 1.56 - 1.70 in. 3/4 inch wide.
I'd like to find a clamp that is a little nicer looking so open to ideas on styles. Doesn't need to be t-bolt design. But the size does matter.
I only have used the stock Harley clamps, but one time I had one break while using my torque wrench. It wasn't close to the setting on the wrench. I took it back to the dealer and they replaced it for free. Probably out of goodwill, since they had no idea I didn't over do it.
After that I just tighten those things by feel. It doesn't have to be super tight to be leak free.
They will be torqued down to stock harley specs. Give us a call and we can get it on order for you
Thank you,

I'm a little surprised by this mainly because it's a completely different type of clamp. I just can't see how the torque spec could be the same. But OK...Its a starting point.

Sounds like I'll be able to get a clamp from them. But I'd really like to find pone locally so I can get it on the bike tonight. Off to the local dirt bike store to see what they have available.
