samson bung size?
05 deluxe w/ samson true duals
I'm pretty sure I have the wrong pipes on my bike (previous owner). preparing to but a power Vision with auto tune pro kit had me curious if my pipes even had bungs since the bike didn't have o2 sensors. I was able to feel around and find that the pipes do in fact have sensor bungs but can't measure without removing exhaust.
when I tried to find out what size they would be by using Google I read that currently only the pipes listed for softails 07 and newer are to have bungs. if these pipes are the newer ones for 07 and newer they should have the 18mm bungs needed but I'm not sure those would have even fit and started to wonder if maybe there was a previous version that included the bungs and if they were the right size?
taking off the exhaust and measuring would solve the dilemma but I'm not taking that off till I have to, preferably to install the pv but Im not buying pv if I also have to buy another exhaust.

If you can look up the part number it might help. Samson true duals for an 05 should be easy.

Chances are they have the bigger bungs and come with the smaller bung inserts for later year models. I just put a set Bassani true duals on my Heritage and they came with inserts for my smaller O2 sensors.
