Default Cold Start Problem

Lately when starting my bike (88TC motor) after it has sat for a few hours, it is only running on one cylinder for a sec. or two, then the other one chimes in. I don't know what this means or where to start trouble shooting. I pulled the plugs yesterday and they seem to be on the hot side but I understand thats common for '06 Dyna's. Could it be a bad injector? Any help or advise would be great.

How do I determine if an injector is bad?
