Not always the case. Rush Racing slip ons have no markings at all and are one of the best exhaust manufacturers there is and have been for decades. One of the few that actually build for Performance. Not just looks and sound.
Easily identified by a bar going across near the end inside to grab for easy removal of the baffle.
If you could post a pic looking in the end of one I could tell you if that's what they are.
