Default Supertrapp support
Hi!

Anyone know if Supertrapp is known for slow support by email?
Been trying to contact them for a while but with no success..
Live in Sweden so calling them seems like a last option..

I've not emailed them but they answered the phone the last time I needed advice. Good support staff got me the info and part numbers that I needed in one call,

Hmm, seems like I will have no choice other then to call them.. Sent the first email 3 weeks ago, then I wrote to their facebook and 2 days ago I wrote again, still no response..
Starting to wonder why they even have facebook and an email..

I'm from New Zealand and I was able to contact them via email a few times, One time they never replied but after the 2nd message I got a reply, just keep messaging until they reply

Yeah, I just ended up sending the same 2-3 times. Seems like the way to go
