Throttle play
I have a little play in the throttle grip and was wondering if a little tightening of the cable at the grip would cause any problems. I believe that as long as the idle cable returns the throttle to the closed position there will be no ill effects.

When I switched to a Mikuni carb I noticed more play in my thottle too.
when I tried to adjust it out my carb would stick!
so now I have around a 1/8 in roll in the thottle now, I let a friend ride it the other day, and he said it felt OK to him. so I quess a little is fine.
