Default Engine Case ReAssembly

I will be putting my cases back together soon. When I do, do I need to put some motor oil in the crankcase or oil up all the bearing real good? I am concerned that when I start it up after the rebuild that it will take too long for the oil pump to get oil to the crank and cylinders and it will damage. Is this something I need to worry about or will the pump immediately start feeding everything? I also have one of those "highway crash bar type oil coolers" that will take almost a quart to fill. Thanks in advace.

You can add some oil I would put no more than 1/4 qt in the lower end max. If the engine is going to set for some time before starting. Use assambly lube on the bearing surfaces and our some oil in the main bearing/ rod area. you will be fine.

Don't put much oil and no grease above the piston. Use a very light coat here. That means, like my old DI said with the old M1, wipe it on and wipe it off. Whats left is a light coat.
