I have a 100" RevTec that would puke oil into my air cleaner and drip all over. I put a set of Doherty Power Vents on and didn't run any line from them. Big difference, hardly any oily mess at all. One thing the directions say is to check and make sure you are getting a puff of air out of each one when at idle. Don't know how you can do that vented the way Sleeps did it. You have to take them off and clean them out every so often too.

If you're having oil puking problems try running a 1/2 quart low. I have the Doherty's in mine and I still got oil. My engine builder friend suggested I run a 1/2 quart low and all my puking problems went away. I even had the S&S valve on the crank. I would have liked to try the lower oil level before spending all that money!!

Wow. A thread from 2007.

Coodo's to spencer for using the search function.

I agree with the oil level mentioned by tootal. I've seen it many times where running the oil right at the 'full' mark, will puke it out of the vents.
