Default change from 2 into 2 to 2 into 1 exhaust

06 rk,204 cam,early se heads, cyclechack 2 into 2 exhaust,fi,made 89 hp at 5600 rpm and 92 lbs torque at 4400.would a set of 2 into 1 pipes like a fatcat be any real improvement over the cycle chack pipes?

If your running true duals you will see a huge improvment over the true duals. Its best if you have your EFI tuned for the pipe.

not true duals,i think they call them their m pipes.you take the stock pipes off and these pipes are like the dyna pipes.would be the same as putting their slip on mufflers on a dyna except its includes the whole pipe.

I just installed a Fat cat with standard bafflel and I have to say it has made the most of my build!
the HQ cams and porting are designed to have early torque and a very broad power band, and the D&D hit the mark on this configuration.

I have run the SE slip-ons, V&H short shots, Thunderheader, Rinehart 2 to 1, and finally the D&D.
this setup by far has given me the best return on investment.

To my knowledge, D&D offer 3 baffel styles, standard, Quite, and the HI flo, or perf. baffle.

they are all slightly different in design. the Perf. baffle would be for lets say, a 11 to 1 comp 95 inch, with Woods T 9 cam. kind of a high rpm set-up. I was told by D&D that the standard baffle would work best with my set-up. Mild compresion and mild cams.
