what kind of a 113" harley screamin eagle htcc heads, etc? or aftermarket?
i have a head-quarters 113" with hq-575 cams 10.5 compression, rb-racing black hole exhaust on fltr but it is carb'd with 45mm mikuni. with solo riding, hard saddlebags, some longer highway miles, i get 37.5 mpg consistently, i know the exhaust may hurt the mileage, as well as the mikuni carb not being known for great mileage. i have heard of the samemotor with efi that have been tuned to get closer to 47 mpg, but wonder how accurate they are.
cams, compression, exhaust, all will affect mpg - but just as much sowill your style of riding. if you are quick to twist the throttle, or like to run over 75mph, you are never going to get very great mileage.
