top end noise sounds like coming from carb

Default top end noise sounds like coming from carb
i just installed a andrews 37 chain drive in my 2004 night train runs great but i have a ticking noise and with a stethascope in is coming from the carb but not the intake thanks for any info

wHAT KIND OF A CARB???? Mikuni Flat Slide will make all kind of racket at idle or low speed from the slide flopping around form deg,/pos. pressures.

it does have a mikuni 42 mm i think but i did not notice before cams maybe i am paranoid thanks for the info you guys have helped me very much in the last year i grew up around harleys but this is my first one 2004 night train and i love it

my rkc has same noise but I noticed mine as soon as changed air cleaners.I dont think it problem just enoying

The slide slapping sounds about right and the cam may have aggrivated it so it slaps harder.
