Default Screamin eagle and Screamin eagle II

Can someone please explain the difference to me?? Have SE slip ons on a softail standard with VH fuel pak,,but funny thing is VH doesn't list any settings for SE,,only SEII or Race. Can't make the distinction between the two (or three) looking at the catalog, etc. The stealer said I should use the Rush settings,,,,don't really trust them with that answer,,,Not sure what to think about any of this...Maybe I'm just a dumbass??!!!Okay not necessary to comment on that part!

Thanks

Default RE: Screamin eagle and Screamin eagle II

The SE slip-ons where a pipe provided to give you a deeper throatier Harley sound but didn't give you the Performance that the SE II slip-ons did. If you look at the rear pipe it should say Screamin'Eagle II or just Screamin'Eagle. Look up the pipe the SE pipe will have a baffle with two or three 3/4' tubes....the SEII's will have a large removable baffle with an angled plate that directed the flow. The Rush Pipes with a two inch baffle will compare the the first generation SEII slip-ons. The reg SE slip-ons are between stock and the SE II for sound and performance,
Hope this helps
