Hello my brothers and sisters
I hav e a 2005 heritage with v&h big shot longs complete with fuel pak also a stage 1 kit. The problem i'm having is as follows. My bike has a high speed miss
and loss of power above 50mph, when i roll on the power at about 50 or 55 it seems flat, no acceleration. I have replaced plugs, plug wires and battery, also
a dealer outside of Flagstaff, az replaced the fuel line inside my fuel tank stating that i wasn't holding 60 lbs of fuel pressure as required, it seamed to fix the problem for about 400 miles then the problem returned. Also after i replaced the battery and rode about 250 miles and returned home the battery was dead the next morning. I have check all obvious signs of loose or broken wires, fuel leaks etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you

Sounded like a fuel filter and may be. but then, battery dead.
Take the battery to some shop capable of loading testing. Thats a good or bad test.
Keep the fuel filter in mine. That would have caused the earlier problem also. Didthe dealer, I wonder,clean the tank or at least check for debri in it? Could be crud just plugging up the new filter if they put one in.

Thanks for your help, I think the problem is solved, I changed the fuel filter and changed both internal tank fuel hoses, replaced the voltage regulator and everything seems alright.
