I just installed new exhaust, a/c, and pc3. Everything runs great except when I'm at 2600 to 3000 rpm the engine vibrates and shakes like crazy. It happens in every gear and it goes away when I pull in the clutch. I don't know if the map is off or what? Any help would be great thanks.

 

Check the most likely place first.

From what you said I would start looking in the primary.

 

Like you said, you just changed the air cleaner and added a pc3. Afrs must bepoor in that range or something.
