Lots of money
You can get there, but not with HD components. Start looking at aftermarket builds. Headquarters, GMR, etc. Let your fingers do the walking on the internet.
There are far too many variables to answer your question here. What kinda torque do you want with that build? WHere do you want the cams to "come on"? And lastly, how much do you have to spend. Getting to that range is not cheap. A 113/117 will give you those numbers, but you have to bore the cases.
ive been looking for about a month so far im just tryin to get some outside help, so many options and so many power claims and dont want to throw money away
I left you a massage down the street. http://www.jdscycleworks.com/

here's what I'd do...bore your cylinders to 3&15/16...forged 106.5" flattops...s.e. clutch spring...ported stock heads with 1.94 and 1.63 valves...or raised port cast heads...aftermarket throttle body and big injectors...good long cam with about .600 lift and 260 duration...don't want to recommend vendors/builders on the open forum, but if you'd like to send me a private message...
