A HD bored cilender for 95 or 103 is the same weather SE sells it or you bore out your own. Sammy, same.

the diffrence is when a professional who bores cylinders measures the piston and bores the hole for the piston size instead of what he thinks it should be.... thats the diffrence. i have seen bores done that were way big for the piston that was in the hole. some of people who sell stuff here on this forum tell you they do their own boring and work but they far mit out . buyer beware .
plus seasoned cylinders are preferred.

Well I finally decided. I went with the 95 kit. I got se203 cams. I am going to send the heads to Big Boyz also. I will be riding it over top the heated garage on thur. Temp will be up to 50 or so. I still need to get lifters, push rods and cam tensioners. I would have went with gear driven but I am getting to the end of my budget. I got the kit for 620 bucks so I was happy with that. I figure I will resell the high flow air cleaner since I already have one. New paint on the saddlebags and tour pack and that should be good for this year anyway

he actually said i would need the new lifters. How difficult is it to use the same push rods? I was going to cut them to get them out so I guess I probably should not do that. If I really don"t need to change the lifters that would be good. I could make changes to the budget then. Thanks for the information again. How much hp/tq do u think I will get from this setup. I was just curious.
