Ness manufactures *really* nice stuff. Makes his own parts, wheels, assembles full bikes...

I don't know anything about this particular part though, I'm just speaking in general. If you're ever in Northern California, you should go by his shop in Dublin - there is a museum of motorcycles he's built upstairs, totally awesome!
