Just finished 103'' install on 07 Softail. I run a power commander and bike runs great. Problem is it seems like it is getting richer everytime I start the bike. I also have a flutter sound coming from throttle body almost like a carb flutter. I have checked the throttle body blade for cracks and ran the bike with the air cleaner off to make sure it was not the blade flapping. Could it be possible I have a vacuum leak? It would make sinse to me because again the bike is getting richer and richer. Any advise or ideas would be appreciated.

Might want to get it to a tuning center, as they can plug in to the data port and pin point the issue, eliminatiing frustration on your part.

nope not a leak then it would be lean. you might have a bad power commander . take Scotts advice and get it to a tuning center .
i dont know where you are located post up so we can refer you to a good tuner

Thanks for the feedback. I am located in the Chicago area, I have spoke with Heritage HD in Lisle in regards to tuning. Any other places would be considered.
