exhaust removal

What is the best and easiest way to get the exhaust slip joints apart on a o6 RK? Also is there anything I can put on the joints to make it easier the next time like anti-seize?

PB blaster let soak for a bit, and by all means use anti sieze on reassembly. the best thing to do is scrap the stock system and put a 2.1 system on.

PB Blaster, rubber mallett, and three Michelob Ultra's worked for me.
Tap easy with the mallett.

I have the pb blaster and the rubber mallet but all I have is coor's lite.Will that work ok??

I loosened off the bolts at the back first and broke the mufflers loose While the other clamps held everything rigid and provided support then went ahead and loosened off the rest as usual.
