Checking Motor for metal chips
Well in my last thread i mentioned that i let a kid ride my bike and i believe he over reved it and it blew oil all over the side of the bike. You guys gave me a lot of great advice. It turned out to be on the worse side. Took the oil pump out and the scavenge side was a mess. How do i check the rest of the motor for metal chips, There was none in the oil i drained! I would like to clean out the cam plate but not sure how the round plug is in there. Probably going to throw a fueling pump in found one on e-bat for $312 dealer wants $328 minus my 20% Thanks in advance for your time
