Harley doesn't have a part number for it. The Drag part number is DS-289319, almost any shop can get it by this number. Or you can get it from J&P as mentioned or Dennis Kirk if you don't mind the $6.95 shipping.
IMO, it's so close to a 45 you won't notice much difference and the stock 45 works fine once you adjust the idle mixture screw properly. I tried a 46 and a 48 just to see what would happen, I put the 45 back in and left it. The 48 was way too rich on my bike and the 46 didn't seem to make much difference other than that I could adjust my idle mixture screw slightly leaner.
But I digress...I'd go to the nearest bike shop and see if they will order it for you by the Drag number.
