What effect does smoothing feature have on dyno runs. Also when they give you corrected #s are they showing you what you would run in ideal conditions?
I like to see smoothing at 3-5 even though it loses a few hp it's easier to see.
Also I like to see everything on a Dynojet 250i with the latest software showing all the run conditions in SAE or STD correction not actual as it is difficult to reproduce the numbers in another location or on another dyno.
For my own testing, I run no smoothing as I like to see exactly what is happening over the course of the run-
Here is an example of a smoothing at 1 run-(notice how choppy it is )
And smoothing at a higher number-cleans up the lines-
you are just a mean man paul posting those sheets and making me call Baisley to see what else he can do. that is not right.
what bike are they from???
the race bike or the street one??
