Default Installed bearing backwards

I pressed the outer, rear cam bearing into the camplate with the letters in. I didn't have my glasses on. Will it make a difference? Hate to press it back out and throw it away.

Pressed the bearing back out. It still looked good but I pressed in a new one anyway. The bearing seemed to be symmetrical, in other words, it probably didn't matter if the numbers had been in or out...

Without measuring this, someone on this forume said the letter side is a little thicker than the plain side.
this to take the pressing or driving better.
Sounds good anyway.

You did right if for no other reason than peace of mind.
