Cylinder head
Hi.
I am helping a friend with his HD.
He have oil leak from cylinder head. What to check for when take appart.
And when i put it together do you use something on the gaskets.

Thank you for responding.
Do i have to plane grinding the heads?
Is it a valve stem seals on an 1987 engine?
We have now disassembly, heads and cylinders. Thanks Goran

Hm.. i will talk to the owner tomorrow. It looks like we have to put it
together in this condition. The machine shop are on holiday.
Return aug. 2. Need to bore the cylinders. He want to drive now.
Will take the machine work in the winter. Do i need something extra on the gaskets, permatex or something? Thanks Goran
