Just had my 96 booted to a 103 with 255 cams and a SE A/C with reinhart slip ons. If I go back to the stock mufflers, would I have to remap the bike. I was also tol to pull the cat converters out of the head pipes and that would give me a little more HP Is there any truth to this

No really, I just put J&M 7.25 speakers in it, and still cant hardly hear it. Is there a better slip on I could go to?

If you left the cats in when you went to the louder pipes, there may not be much change. Seems to me would run just a little richer if anything.
Nowadays that isn't a bad thing.
