JB will work..I once used it on a CR 500 engine case..The two strokes have positive and negative pressure in the case and it stood up well for years..great stuff..
That's what I would say, That JB weld is good Stuff, grid a slight Groove put Two coats Of JB weld.
I had Mastercraft boat Ford 351 Head that cracked above a Spark plug, the two coats of Jb weld held for 5 years. No leaks
You have to pull the engine. You split one of the engine cases.
Let this be a cautionary tale to others... do not pull plug on engine unless you know what you are doing. That plug is NOT a drain plug. It is a tapered pipe plug
How many times are people warned against this. They fall for that get every last drop out crap. And so many times this is the result.
