Default Engine Case Interchangeability

Recently picked up a 2007 Road King salvaged Powertrain. Due to damage the Engine Case requires replacement. Due to the lack of title the OEM Harley replacement Cases are out of the question.

Internet research shows all kind of pre 06 Cases but nothing for 07 and later.

Can anyone tell me what the differences between 06 and 07 Cases are and whether they are interchangeable? I'm just looking to build it back to stock. I know there was a Frame change between 06 and 07.

Thanks for your expertise!

The difference is how the oiling system works, as well as oil line location, and or lack of.
