So you buy a cam with a specific lift, and alter that lift with rockers.

Why not get the cam with the lift you are looking for, instead of doing it with rockers? I agree that sometimes there are some great results from such experiments, but I have yet to hear of even one individual that has done it on 37's.

Please post your dyno sheet when you finish this build. (Not really expecting to see one, but I'd like to).

I am still a bit baffled that you had posted about having so little time to mess with a build, yet take such a risky approach in choosing components.
You must not really care if you get to ride the bike or not. Otherwise you'd be looking for a proven cam to get you 'into the wind' during what little time you do have.

I smell fish.

I think you're mistaking me for someone else. I didn't say anything about having a time limit and I do have other bikes to ride when I work on this one. When I bought the 37's I was under the impression that .510 was the limit from a few different people on this forum, I was new to HD's, I found out later they could handle more so when I pulled my heads for porting and a .030HG I installed the rockers for some more lift. I recently did the +4* sprocket to see how I would like it and I do. If I had to start over knowing what I do now I would go with the Wood TW 5-6. I'm about done tweaking my T-Max and I will put it on a dyno just to see where I'm at but I don't expect any big numbers, 100TQ is fine for me, I've had big bore sport bikes and I feel kinda stupid tryin to go real fast on my cruiser, I just want a strong runner and I got it.

You are exactly correct. I (for some reason) still thought I was talking to N-gin. It's been a long day. LOL

Seriously, I don't know why that happened. LOL

My apologies.

However, please post up a dyno when you are done because I would love to see how that rocker ratio affects that cam. Knowledge gained for anyone who reads here.

If I recall correctly, that +4 sprocket made your 37's almost identical to the 204's.
204's are a fun cam.

I was at Doc's shop and saw that filter-it was an old model very low CFM unit, and did not look like the washable type to me-looked like paper, not gauze. Non oiled type. Not to be an azz, but Doc is an honest guy, and does not rip people off-in fact-he sticks his neck out for folks.
