How far can 4.060" cylinders be bored out?

I have done several to .005 and .015.
4.125" no way would not attempt it. The sleeve is too thin to make that safely and still be stable IMHO. At 4.125" all that would be left in the barrel would be .060" wall. I would not trust the stability and I would bet it would distort and seize a piston.

I agree with Dewyes

This what we offer for a 114 inch
Revolution Performance pistons
Big bore kit, 114cid
4.250 x 4.00
But for that little bit of gain of a 114 you should just go for a 117 or 124 inch...If you have a 113 now.
Or Procharge it!!!! My 2 cents....

I don't think 4.075" would be a problem. If you can't find any pistons, check with Head Quarters....their pistons are manufactured by CP. They may have 4.075" pistons. I got my 4.065's from them.
