SE ventilator A/C install help
I am not sure if this belongs here or on the touring section so I will start here. I received my SE Ventilator and went to install it on my 2011 ultra limited(FLHTK). First, for those who removed the two bolts on the bracket without removing the gas tank kudos as mine were in so tight no way they were coming out thet way. I had to loosen the rear to bolts holding the tank and the wife lifted it up so I could get the right leverage. Wow they were snug. After that everything wen smooth till I went to put the new backplate on. The old bracket had a plastic piece that was clamped onto it and it held some wires. The new backplate had no place for the plastic bracket to clamp to so I need to know what to do with it. For now it is just sitting behind the backplate resting on top of the induction module. If anyone has done this install let me know what you did with that plastic bracket. Thanks.

If you're talking about the clip shown in the attached pic, that is to hold the ACR or automatic compression release wiring. If you have ACR's you can ziptie the wiring up and out of the way and ditch the clip
