Question 2000 RK Upgrade ?

I Have a 2000 RK EFI 48000 Miles on her with tru duals se slip ons se stage 1 air kit and total fuel systems efi managent. I went to my dealer and inquired about upgrades. My riding style is 50/50 local in town riding to highway/back roads single and two up anywhere from grocery getting(if it fits on the bike I go get it if it dont go get it yourself) to all day trips to all weekend trips. pretty much if weather permits im on the bike. Here is what dealer came up with.

PCIII usb/with custon tune for bike
se 3-7/8" Big Bore Cylinder Kit
se Pro Twin Cam High Comp Forged Pistons 10.5:1
se211 cam kit
se hydraulic cam chain tensioner plate upgrade
se high tensile cylinder stud kit
high performance head gaskets

Is this a good setup. And what would be a resonable cost. Im not looking to go radical just want a good strong reliable motor. dont want to lose to much low end not to concerned with added top end most riding is just cruising extra hp/torque will be nice.

I know there will be a lot of ?'s of why se but im comfortable with dealer and the tech doing the work. known them most of my life. 44 and pushing it.
Any input will be greatly appreciated

You do not need the cylinder stud kit.
What about the cylinder head??
That head casting you have has a super-constricted, heat producing exhaust post, that contributes to choking the engines breathing ability.
Huge reliable power hiding in the correct cylinder head work.
Example:
Our Stage II , 1.900" valve head
Andrews 37 cams set at 9.9 cr
Your cylinders bored to 98"
D&D Fatcat
Doc's Performance Tuning, Mineola, Fla, showed 106/111.
