crane singel fire igntion

pulled the nose cone cover off yesterday to look at the unit and my buddy saw a tiny bare spot on one of the wires were the timing screw had worn in to it . fixed it took it for a test ride and the wife and some friends and i rode all day with no problems . go fiqure .
