Heavy Breather Elite
My 2014 CVO King came with the Heavy Breather Elite (a newer design I believe) and it doesn't amplify the valvetrain noise as much as some older CVO's. 110's make more noise than smaller engines so your WG might be quieter still. I haven't done my exhaust yet so I can hear everything and it's not a big deal. One cool thing is I can actually hear air being sucked into the thing when I blip the throttle.

Here is what I learned installing a Stage I upgrade on the Mrs. 2014 and a Stage IV on my 2015. The Stage Air Cleaner Kits use a larger diameter base plate to work with larger TB's whereas some filter elements offered use the stock base plate. There are many combinations of HD filter elements and after market elements to fit the stock housing and improve the volume of intake air, which in combination with higher flowing exhaust should have at least a Stage I download or better yet a dynometer tune to avoid running too lean thus creating a hotter running motor.
