Fuel Filter FYI
Need to vent some. So i'm putting in the S&S 510 gear drive setup in my 99 RoadGlide FI next week. Figured while it's down i'd put a new fuel filter in the tank, prevent maint. So i call my local HD shop today went something like this, need part # xxxxxxx no we don't have it in stock, ok before i order it how much does it cost? How much! you got to be kidding me! it's just a tiny fuel filter. No i don't want you to order me one, i'll get one from a speed shop and make my own setup in the tank. Thanks anyway Goodbye. For those who need one it'll cost you $60.13

The filter comes with the internal hoses and clamps as well that you will need. The 10 screws are a buck each and there is a gasket too. You'll have more than that in it in time trying to put something together.
