will not start
2000 ultra will not start do not hear fuel pump called dealer new pump 820.oo want to make sure it is the pump checked fuse also checked continuity from pump connector to relay

I would assume you have power at the ignition switch... how about the stop/run switch on the bars?
Just a thought....
If the switch is bad its not gunna prime FI.
((I suppose I should ask is it turning over?))
then, I would say check the start / run...
