I'd recently been running a PCV, V&H power duals, intake and jackpot tails. A few months ago now I ordered cams and auto tune for the bike.
Finally got around to installing the cams and auto tune but feel there is an issue with the auto tune.
I installed the 2 o2 sensors and harness to the battery compartment area. Wired them into the modual and ran the plug from the modual to the power source. I found the termination plug so installed that into the auto tune modual. Then a wire goes from the auto tune to the pcv.
I had received a new tune to run with the cams so installed after making sure auto tune was enabled.
Start the bike up and the auto tune modual blinks a red light so it's getting power however when I look at the screen when the computer is hooked up I don't see what the o2 sensors are reading. I see rpm, throttle % and everything else.
I did email Jamie however figured another member may be able to assist as i'm super pumped to get it all running mint!!
I checked and did find I was behind on firmware so updated that. Once again though no change. The settings are 60 seconds and 160* I ran her for a while to get it up to 185 and still no readings. The auto tune box flashes 3 times then stops for a few seconds then flashes 3 times and stops for a few seconds.
On the pc site they show it differently, shows each o2 sensor has it's own modual, obviously thats an old how to seeing how the modual I have has room for 2 o2 sensor inputs. Checked all those wires from the o2 sensors and everything is colour matches and tight.
Make sure you have the AT hooked to the correct connector of the bike. I was just reading the other day, there's a thread in here some where, the guy went through PC instead of Jammie and it was all because he plugged in the wrong spot. Must be more than one that looks the same. Hope this helps.
I read the same one, he had connected the auto tune power lead to a connecter under the seat I believe instead of the correct one under the fuse box on the side of the bike.
