How do you figure? Twin Cam lifters are nothing but Chevy small block lifters. Nobody changes their car lifters at 30k.
I wouldn't change them with only 15k on the clock.

As i said IMO I have had seen to sets that had bad rollers on them or to much wear for me and for 100.00 bucks I am going to change them.
